do you offer custom orders?

Sorry, I do not usually offer custom dolls. I love my free flowing process of creating. And ready-to-ship collections are best suited to my busy homeschooling mama life. For a long time I didn’t take any custom work. More recently, rare custom options can happen. Make sure you are signed up for the mailing list so you don’t miss out.

When will new dolls be available?

It varies, but there is usually something new every week. You can follow Luna and Fig on Instagram and Facebook for details about upcoming collections. Also, now you can subscribe to my mailing list to never miss a shop update or special promotion.

When will my order ship?

All orders will usually ship within three business days.

are luna and fig dolls for children?

Luna and Fig dolls are intended to be pieces of art, but they can certainly handle gentle play. Our Luna and Fig dolls are very well loved, heavily product tested, and they have held up quite well. That said, I would not recommend testing their limits. They are never recommended for children under age six.
 

I fell in love with a doll and missed it, will you make another one?

I truly wish that everyone could have their dream doll, but I will not recreate past dolls or even past collections. I have more collections swirling through my brain than I have hours to create them. I love the magic of a new collection.
